Celebrate the emancipation of enslaved persons in FloridCelebrate the emancipation of enslaved persons in Florida at a free outdoor festival presented by the Cotton Club Museum. Enjoy music, spoken word, drumming and a memorial ceremony for fallen Black Union soldiers. Purchase food and merchandise.
