Hold Harmless Waiver: ALL vendors must check the box above to participate.
Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Cotton Club Museum and Cultural Center, its staff,
and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation, including the sale or
preparation of products. Vendor assumes all risks, is responsible for compliance with all laws and safety
requirements, and acknowledges that the CCMCC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage.
